Imaging Technologies has developed the knowledge, processes and technology necessary to successfully manage conference materials. We provide a custom online Web application for clients that allow conference speakers to upload presentation files directly to our database. Our trained production design group readies the files for printing and verifies proofing. File status is continuously available online.

We assemble the conference agendas at the last minute from the database and print digitally. This approach allows us to incorporate last minute changes within a week of the start of a conference.

Conference materials include CDs containing all presentations, conference agendas, session handouts and any additional custom materials. Session handouts are packaged in color-coded boxes marked with session number, day, time, quantity, and meeting room designation. This data driven process ensures that all conference materials are correct, complete and arrive on time at the lowest possible cost.
